I want you to wear your jewellery and enjoy it everyday. To make sure it stays looking bright and beautiful for longer I would recommend the following.

✨Always remove your jewellery before showering and swimming. Gold plated jewellery in particular will not do well in water and the gold plating will erode more quickly,

✨ Avoid spraying perfumes directly on to your jewellery.

✨ To clean your jewellery use a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use any cleaning chemicals.

✨ Store your jewellery separately in air tight containers to avoid tangling and tarnishing.

Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch. We post all of our UK orders by Royal Mail. If you require your order earlier, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Warranty

We really hope you are happy with your products however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.  Please email us at info@jewellerylab.co.uk and we will arrange your exchange or refund.

Jewellery Lab does not offer free postage for standard returns/exchanges. 

If your item is faulty, we have a 6-month warranty period where we offer a free return and refund service.  Please email us on info@jewellerylab.co.uk preferably with a picture of the damaged item and we can arrange your return.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns/refunds on earrings.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
