We really hope you are happy with your products however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.  Please email us at info@jewellerylab.co.uk and we will arrange your exchange or refund.

Jewellery Lab does not offer free postage for standard returns/exchanges. 

If your item is faulty, we have a 6-month warranty period where we offer a free return and refund service.  Please email us on info@jewellerylab.co.uk preferably with a picture of the damaged item and we can arrange your return.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns/refunds on earrings.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
